A transfer car agreement is a contract between an employer and an employee that establishes the internal terms and conditions for the use of a company car. The employer is the contracting party for the company car. The agreement governs the modalities of vehicle use as well as the monthly salary conversion, enabling the company car to be offered to the employee at a favorable rate.
Through the company car agreement, the obligations agreed upon with FINN as the contracting party can also be transferred to the employee.
